Product Description
The main objectives of DPF structure design are: (1) to increase
the ash storage capacity of DPF and reduce the back pressure under
high carbon smoke load by increasing the filtration volume of inlet
hole; (2) By optimizing the porosity and average pore diameter
distribution of DPF, it can meet the requirements of different
catalyst coating and keep the pressure difference loss low; (3) By
coating a thin layer of on-wall coat-ing-ing on the wall, the
initial PM filtration efficiency and regeneration efficiency of DPF
can be improved, and deep filtration can be eliminated. The
so-called "in-wallcoating" coating technology is to evenly
distribute the slurry containing catalyst on the surface of the
inner pore grain of DPF filter wall, so as to increase the contact
area between soot and catalyst; And "on-wall coating" technology is
to coat a thin slurry containing catalyst on the filter wall
surface of DPF inlet to eliminate deep filtration of DPF wall.

cartons Or wooden cases and foam. If you have legally registered patent,
